Energi Danmark A/S, a Danish electricity trading company, divested its 100% ownership share in Energi Danmark Vind A/S for a total consideration of DKK 800 million.

About Energi Danmark Vind A/S
Energi Danmark Vind A/S owns and operates a windmill portfolio of eight wind parks with a total capacity of 81 MW. The windmills have high-quality turbines from Vestas and Siemens Gamesa which provide a technical availability above 99%. The eight wind parks have an annual power production of approximately 214,000 megawatt hours which corresponds to the energy consumption of more than 50,000 households.
