MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Falck A/S on the divestiture of their Nordic healthcare staffing activities through multiple transactions.
As part of the process of refocusing the Falck Group, the management decided to divest non-core business areas. This implies moving non-core businesses into a portfolio division and investigating the best options for these activities. MHS Corporate Finance has assisted Falck A/S in divesting all Nordic healthcare staffing companies and activities to different investors across Scandinavia.
