MHS Corporate Finance acted as financial co-advisor to CONEX on the acquisition of Lector ApS 

Conex, French leading provider of customs and security management software, acquired Lector, Denmark’s leading customs software publisher. This acquisition allows Conex to further expand its European footprint and enhance its service offerings.
