MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor in connection with Gjensidige’s sale of Hjelp24
MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Gjensidige Forsikring ASA in a structured sales process, which led to the successful sale of 100% of the shares in Hjelp24 to Herkules Capital AS at an agreed sales price on an equity basis of NOK 315.8m. The sale was approved by the competition authorities in August 2011.
